Chat is disabed

Hi everyone
I dont know after i quit 6 months in game and the chat is disabed
Why should that happen?
The chat feature is very fun at becoming friend.
But why moderating disable it?
It was sad.
Also i cant invite my friend to join my own sever.
I cant ask player to join my Map.
I hope this feature back.
